- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely disgraceful practice. Customer service at reception was unbelievably bad. My friend with Diabetes required medical information and after a month of back-and-forth trying to access her own data she was sent false information. They were rude, unhelpful, lacked empathy, and also had no idea how to use email. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone if they need help. One of the receptionists was particularly bad and didn't care less about my friend as a patient.by Paul MclarenOctober 05, 2017
